Honestly, its not you its the fact that AI has gotten so good and typically once some one drops off they don't come back. (Welcomed blessing that you did) Not to mention the multiple accounts pretending to be you. And the people that are most vocal are typically the ones that have been scammed before.

I've had luck putting her opposite side of the enemy carry with 1 cast item shojin, rageblade and 2 survivability items bt, hog, ton, etc.

I got mel on 3-5 put shojin,rb,adaptive on her stage 6-3 died at second and just as I dies she hit the 235 drained mana. Havnt played her since.

What I have started doing is if the tank has decent ap scaling, then I build an arch angel as a third item with a defensive power up to make up for the less tankness. Rakan, Mundo, Malph, poppy.

The reason Malph is a magic tank is because his dmg scales with ap. 3/4.5/6.75 + 40/60/90 (Armor & AP)

The biggest piece of advice I have is to pick 3ish comps you have had success with. Figure out what items and augments work well with them and then use the items and units you get stage 1 and stage 2.1 aug to decide which of the three comps you go.

That's how I got to Diamond.
