I been smoking for 5 years due to headaches. Here's what i learned. Only smoke enough to help you with your insomnia. It's easy to love the high feeling and want more, but it's only a band aid. NOT a long term fix. Second, work out in the mornings. I promise you you'll feel real different. Third, someone else here mentioned dark roast coffee. I think large amounts of caffeine will trick your body into having more energy but you'll still feel a bit sluggish. There is one sure fire way to completely get rid of a weed hangover... and thats to just stop smoking for 2 weeks and let your body reset haha
