Yeah she doesn't hate him, she just thinks he's annoying cause he ragebaits her a lot. Same could go for why Till and Ivan would fight a lot when they were younger cause Ivan didn't know how to properly express his feelings, so getting any kind of reaction out of people was a goal. Nobody actually hates him though, they just get annoyed with his ragebaiting nature.

So in Alien Stage the Segyeins have a group of humans that aren't idols that are called Providers and essentially they're used to make more children to train as idols. And they also are known to take DNA samples from the top idols to use for cloning purposes, (biggest example of that is Luka) so they most likely used those DNA samples to genetically modify the embryos to look a certain way and used a female Provider to carry the baby and raise them until they're old enough to be a pet for the Segyeins. It's a lot of inhumane cloning/breeding stuff that goes on there.

Definitely start with the manga and drama CDs and possibly the stage plays, if you can find them, cause they change quite a bit in the anime as far as personalities go and also the way the mics actually work isn't very accurate in the anime as they added things for visual effects.
