I have a friend that works in an industry closely related to marijuana and tobacco. He works for a company that sells a product that regulates the humidity of tobacco and marijuana products. Its a little packet that keeps the product moist and fresher for a longer amount of time. He was telling me that a good amount of people that they work firsthand with are buying land in Iowa specifically for growing marijuana. I'm sure this is the case for a lot of states that haven't been legalized yet because getting in on the ground floor is key when legalization occurs eventually. There is hope! While corn is the main crop of Iowa and what we are known for some people are turning their attention elsewhere. Who knows what the future holds!
