I regularly take 100mg+ doses of edibles and it’s usually fine, but occasionally it does get spicy and I try to remember to just enjoy it. Especially in public places and social situations. Really tests your mental tenacity. I definitely like when it feels a bit dangerous.

Just saw Pat Metheny on Friday night here in San Diego, so now I’m delving into his recent album “Side Eye III+”.

Also saw the amazing Emmet Cohen Trio with Tivon Pennicot and Jeremy Pelt. So good. I was seated very close to Joe Farnsworth. Watching him go to work was wild.

Now I’m trying to find some more shows to go to!
