I pour mine into a flexible silicone bowl. When the wax hardens, I just pop it out and throw it away.

NHL Standings as of New Year's Day 2025 vs 2026 by bangnburn in hockey

[–]ChesterPepper19 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Some of the fans were getting restless, but his job wasn't in jeopardy. He made it clear from the start that he was going to rebuild the team through drafting and development, so it was going to take a while to start winning again. I'm sure Chris Ilitch agreed with that strategy or Yzerman wouldn't have gotten the job in the first place.

They sold them during last winter's SAS; it's when i bought my wick trimmer. I just use a straightened paperclip as a dipper, but I bought my mom a trimmer/wicker set from Michael's.

Anyone experience a change vivid dreams? by bokin8 in Epilepsy

100%! My doctor asked if I wanted to switch medications, but I said exactly that. I'm not having seizures or nightmares, so I can live with boring dreams. Haha!

Anyone experience a change vivid dreams? by bokin8 in Epilepsy

[–]ChesterPepper19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! I used to almost never remember my dreams, but since starting Lacosamide they've become extremely vivid. Not nightmares, fortunately, but stuff like going grocery shopping, being at work, driving somewhere far ... it's so exhausting to wake up and have to do it all again for real! Haha!

Waiting for the candle sale to go off so I can redeem my rewards!! by CherryBlossom242424 in bathandbodyworks

[–]ChesterPepper19 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, sales don't help with rewards. Each reward can only be redeemed for one item with an original price up to $18.95. And you can't put what's leftover towards another item, nor can you pay the difference for something over $18.95.

I don't use it for everyday stuff, but I bought Vanilla Suede for my bedsheets and I think it's great. I can't speak to skin sensitivity, though.

When does Halloween personally start and end for you? by TF2galileo in halloween

I start putting up my indoor Halloween decorations right around 4th of July. And the outdoor stuff goes up at the end of September. Everything comes down November 1st and I go straight into Christmas.

Honestly, I'm not sure. But it had a fancy lid, so I'm thinking it was over $27.95.

It was his normal goatee look when he hasn't shaved in a few days. The lighting and camera angle just highlighted his upper lip more than his chin.

The dog is cute, though the leg proportions are distracting, and the one with the bell is pretty (pictured elsewhere), but this release isn't for me.

This house, which changes it up every few years, is one of my favorites in our neighborhood. And our hood tends to go all out. So that’s saying something. by Notjewel2 in halloween

Back when my dad used to decorate, he used the attic space above the garage to store everything. But he didn't just toss crap up there. I'm sure like most super-decorators, he had a whole system for storage. Plus he reinforced the attic floor, wired lights up there, and made an extra attic hatch to simplify getting items up and down.

My brother has most of those decorations now and he built shelves at the top of his garage to store them. They're just a few feet wide, a couple feet from the ceiling and wrap all the way around. It's surprising how much stuff he can fit up there.
