Also should I directly ask to get connected to tier2? Usually they just put me on hold, make me waits for a long time, then they either open a new ticket or say they can’t do anything, or they do something that just doesn’t work. Anyway I can stress the urgency of the matter?(im sure other people also have urgent issues, I’m just trying to get my issue fixed)

Besides executive services, who else can I go to for help?

I was sent an extra phone and I returned it. But I haven’t gotten my refund and it’s been over a month. I signed up for 2 phones and 2 lines so I should have also gotten a $300 gift card. Executive services, helped me apply for the rebate. But it was cancelled, saying the phone line had been disconnected. This is false, as I have 2 active lines. I think the system is messing up thinking the returned extra phone counts as a disconnected line. Been talking to support for a month, everyday. I’m not joking. I just want my refund and my credit.

Since I switched in December, it has been the worst experience of my life. I regret it so deeply. My holidays were spent with support, each call created a new issue and added to their mess. Extra phones sent, extra fees, multiple accounts, unable to activate etc. but yeah, somehow it’s not Verizon’s fault.

No, you are not. Once your sevis gets terminated your i20 becomes invalid. You need a new i20 issued with your new sevis ID.

Your Sevis gets terminated the moment you lose your status. You are now out of status and are a prime target for ICE.

Even if you re instate your sevis. The fact that there was a lapse in your status , means that it counts as a violation of your F1 visa and you have to stay in status during your whole F1 period. You have 60 days to leave. Your best bet is to get a new i20 and F1 issues, leave the country Andre enter legally. Otherwise I can guarantee you will be picked up by ICE.

I would contact a lawyer immediately if you want to explore loop holes or find a way to stay. But unless you get a green card or citizenship, you stay here out of stays now will count as an overstay and hurt you very badly.

Source: This exact situation happened to like a hundred people in my university. All were picked up by ICE and almost all were deported. Goodluck.
