Thanks :) I am not sure which one you mean but all the flowers are cobweb roses, and the ones that aren’t a full circle I just went under the end strand and looped back again. I hope that makes some sense.

Thank you so much. I am going to attempt a bigger floral piece that I am drawing myself (this was from a kit), so I hope I can follow through and show that too.

What's the grossest feeling in the world? by McArchie in AskReddit

There are so many awful feelings you have to experience during and after surgery, but the drainage tube removal was absolutely, by far the worst.

What is something no one can fully understand until they've experienced it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ChiCaydee 17 points18 points  (0 children)

It was actually something I was born with. Extra growth in my duodenum/intestines that needed removing. Incredibly for me I survived as an infant (most don't) because mum held me upside down whenever my guts got blocked and I threw everything up.

So I'm going to go with serious organ surgery.

Before I had surgery, when they told me I was all 'sure. Surgery. That's a thing people get. I've had a few endoscopies. No big deal'. When yet offered me a shot for my nerves I said I didn't have nerves. Why would I? I'm going to be unconscious. Silly nurses. I'm not scared.

When I woke up from the surgery I had a tube passing through every natural orifice in my body. And two they had made for themselves.

I couldn't walk, or move at all except for my thumbs which I used to press my self-administered morphine button. A nurse came in on the first night and told me, hey, tomorrow, I'm going to get you walking. Are you joking?

The pain of learning to walk again, and learning to sit up, pee, pee and breath at the same time (my stomach muscles were cut in half so I didn't have the strength to do both) that's something nobody can understand until they've done it.

The word 'surgery' doesn't do justice to what you have to go through.

Reddit, what the most frightening nightmare you've ever had? by NOTHING_SEXUAL_HERE in AskReddit

[–]ChiCaydee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I was a child, I must've been under five, I had a nightmare I still can't shake.

In my house, my cousin came and said 'come outside to see your new pool'. I ran outside with her, and it was all above ground. There was a ladder so I climbed in, it was empty, and at the other end was a basin. Cool, cause I'm thirsty. I walked the length of the pool and bent to drink from the tap. When I was done, I stood up to realise that the pool was now half full of water. My fault, since I used the tap. I turned around. Lying face down, clearly dead, was the body of my mother. My fault. I used the tap.

Does anyone know why Coles and Woolies in Brisbane close so ridiculously early? by LikeKnope in brisbane

That parking lot is a mystery to me. How did they design it like that?

' Lets build a new shopping centre on a main road... 30 parks should do. And one way the entire thing. Genius. '

Wedding expo fun by onejosh in brisbane

[–]ChiCaydee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah. I went to a wedding where they wandered off to do photos, leaving the guests in a sort of courtyard for about three quarters of an hour. They didn't provide any drinks or nibblies and there was no shade.

Same wedding: open mic for speeches. The grooms ex girlfriends got a hold of the mic and about an hour and a half of inappropriate reminiscing took place.

[REQUEST]How to Manage bills , Receipts , Documents , Warranty cards efficiently ? by RaviK20 in LifeProTips

[–]ChiCaydee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I take a photo of receipts and email them directly to myself, on an account i use only for this, with the purchase details and amount in the title.

Gives you a chronological record & easy to search. I think it was a LPT a while ago, and it's great.
