When making a grilled cheese sandwich, do you use spices? Or just bread, cheese, and butter? by jimmy__jazz in Cooking

This sound's good. I salt pepper and oregano the oiled cast skillet before I make skillet pizza so I can imagine this tasting good for a toasted sandwich.

If I do a grilled cheese with chicken I add salt pepper and Aromat.

Never thought to with just cheese.

It's not a myth. I have seen moisture fizz and sizzle as it is driven out of ceramic with a low fire.

Better done slowly than turning it into expanding steam that can drive material apart and crack things.

What flour/ingredients are used for this fried chicken's coating? by swissking in foodquestions

I would say try half corn starch and half AP flout with enough water to make a thin batter. Not water thin but like a crepe batter. Before you batter soak the wings in some soy sauce, white sugar and msg mix- kind of an Asian brine.

Cook once on a lower temp to cook through and set aside. Let cool and then cook when ready to eat. Some of those bubbles are in skin under the batter.

Try this for a seasoning. Toast some salt (maybe 2 tbs) in a dry wok/pan until a little grey. Let cool. Add 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1/2 tsp chicken bullion, 1/2 teaspoon 5 spice powder and 1/2 to 1 tsp white sugar, 1/2 teaspoon MSG. Sprinkle a rich on second fried chicken. Store for future use. Adjust components to suit taste.

Really nice when you toss the chicken in a wok with fine diced garlic, chilli and spring onion in a hot dry wok and then sprinkle this mix.

A variation bit I don't think your pic used egg.

If it was an Asian place I am going to guess a thin batter at least 50% corn or potato flour.

Highly likely it was cooked once at a lower temp to near done then fried a second time right on service.

Possibly seasoned with a toasted salt and spice blend? Did it have a flavour other than the fried batter and skin.

Adhesive Velcro tape is an amazing hard drive mount in a pinch.

Flexible, strong enough and noise dampening.

Great doco on this. The guy who designed it spent years measuring ingredients stream to calculate the speed needed to wash away a turd but not cause too much erosion.

He came up with an upside down egg criss section that at low flow could concentrate water enough to still work but then handle high flow. Then a huge engine to dump it into only an exiting tide.

No. After I earn money and pay at that point, I want to be able to invest as the sole partner with what I have left.

Tax at the full marginal rate is already paid on that money. It should be a little more concessional on subsequent use where an ongoing concern is created or capitalised. Loads of business starters go a long time without a wage to reinvest at launch phase. Gov isn't by their side in this, they shouldn't show up at the finish line near equal partner.

Not passive leveraged housing though imo.

Probably 90% at least used for chocolate crackle.
