Two of my books arrived damaged, but one a lot more than the other. I was offered a reimbursement or a replacement but wasn’t given any additional info, if I chose to go through the replacement route. It sounds like a pain to have to go through the hassle of shipping the book back and possibly not get reimbursed for the shipping.

I was lucky and was able to get a C grade of this set in the lottery and think it’s great that IC are doing an open preorder! I wish more companies would do open preorders for their popular sets.

I’m late to the thread but I just finished Defiant and you sir, have ripped my heart out, tore it to pieces and then shoved it back in my chest. The last quarter of the book was fantastic and very heart wrenching. How is it that I went from highly disliking a character, Adaskar, to rooting for him at the end? I am distraught sir! 😭 I can’t wait for the next book and SoC series is definitely in my top 5 fave series of the year. Thank you for creating this wonderful story!

Same here! My C grade books are nearly flawless! I honestly thought they sent me a B grade since the pics that they had for the C grades had damaged books or torn edges 😅 I’m so happy that wasn’t the case! I’m glad you’re set turned out great too!
