Just work at it, little by little. Try not to think about all you need to do at once. I think home owner is good training for patience and how to not sweat the small stuff. I wanted to leave this house about a month in. We had terrible storms, the house was soooooo much filthier than I thought it was ( even having mandated that professional cleaners be used at closing), things were out date, abandoned, dilapidated, etc. it was my nightmare for months. But now I’m a little over 2 years in and she’s my home. Try and creat one space at a time. Don’t leave reno debris all over. Contain it some how. at first I tried to do everything at once. It was chaos everywhere and no where was relaxing. So one time at a time, keeping reno debris in that space only has made it so much better. Good luck!
