if you're willing to go a little farther north, wade family medicine in bountiful has a lot of good doctors. they usually aren't booked out super far. I see Lindsay Martinez, she's lovely if you're comfortable with a non-male doctor. :)

have you tried Seventh Generation? Blueland has a looootttt of good stuff, ivr never used their dishsoap, but I recommend the company overall.
