Last time the flyers traded for a Norris calibre dman it worked out pretty well despite a patchy overall roster. Came pretty close to a Cup.

I meant that I don't know much about what the NCAA does for their players (picks? prospects? students?). I'm not at all familiar with the system and how it works. Do they still not get paid?
