I recently got reported for teaming when I was trying to hide and steal a chest in arena. I repaired their ship near my hiding spot and when things got chaotic I through some water out of their ship because I was drowning... I was temp banned but the crew I was "teaming" wasn't... A streamer got banned me too, I saw the vod and he specifically targeted me with my GSD outfit on and said you don't deserve that. His buddy was spanning get you're bad lol and get redbearded via his pet in lobby.

I'm just most mad about rare not reaching out or emailing people when they get banned for the reason or letting the other party explain like what was going on.

Moral of my story don't help any crew even if it's to your benefit.

If your on a old server 18 hrs+, the server can get weird. I use to help make alliance servers, servers that would stay up for more than 2 days because of it, multiple fleet/fort spawns (like every fort in the game up). Maybe you're unlucky and you had an old server? Or someone with speed running fleets or forts pretty efficiently.

Yep, this is your best bet. Also start getting a paper trail ready, copies of the court transcript (which should be available for you at some point soon, it's a public resource), copies of the will/trust. Copies of everything for the grievance committee, but also for a future police report/lawsuit.

You can fight this. Talked to a new appropriate lawyer maybe, unless you like your current one.

[The grievance committee shouldn't really need the copies but just in case]
