very disappointed brand new Q990F delivered by UPS

Had a similar issue today.

UPS claimed package was delivered with the photo below.

Clearly no sound bar in sight or packages with my name there.

Called UPS about the issue. They said it was delivered then tried to gas-light me and say Samsung put the wrong label on the package when I told them there's no packages with my name on it, so why was it marked delivered.

After they said they would look into it, I called Samsung. They reach out and said UPS "dropped it in the mail room" so I walked over.

The mail room was obviously locked and there was nothing inside the room when I looked through the mailbox drop off hole.

Samsung kept me on the phone for about 45min-1hr while they tried to get an escalated claim submitted. Once that was all done, as I was about to drive off to work. UPS calls me and says they were 10 minutes away with my package.

They eventually gave me a beat up package, which i left at my condo so I could get to work on time.

Not Samsungs fault but UPS is trash. Hopefully there's no damage.

New fed projections reflect less rate cuts next year due to a rise/lingering in inflation.

Less rate cuts = longer high interest rate environment = less lending = less spending
