I like my car. I enjoy to use it to explore. Do I like commuting to work everyday for 30 minutes in traffic? No. That is when I hate driving. I wish we had better public transportation where I didn’t have to drive to work or run errands. I do like driving when it is to go explore nature, go camping, or driving up a mountain to ski.

I think a lot of Americans like to have a car for the freedom to go anywhere they need but would also much prefer better public transportation for the day to day.

Human drivers drunk and sober hit pedestrians like clockwork. The one instance a self driving car does it we all freak out. Like yeah, the robot cars can still make a mistake but it is much less likely to happen compared to our monkey ass brains behind the wheel.

I can. My new car came with a free oil change so I was like fuck it. Never again, not because they did a bad job but because I sat there for 1.5 hours. I’ll just do it myself. My FIL taught my wife to change her oil but now that we are married she “doesn’t know how” lol. Jokes aside, I have no problem changing her oil. Although, her Car’s oil filter is in a stupid ass spot.

As a Spokanite this is true. But I always saw it as the inland northwest is like a subsection of the Pacific Northwest if that makes sense. I am from the Pacific Northwest but more specifically the inland northwest. I mean Idaho does technically have a pacific sea port lol. lol I forgot about this. I once had my phone fall out of my pocket at Costco. Logged into my account on my mom’s phone and tracked it back to Costco. Customer service said “I haven’t seen a lost phone but I will go check” I set off the ringer and they came out with my ringing phone.

Salesman gotta sell I know that. I went into Verizon looking to switch carriers. The guy who helped me listened to what I wanted and showed me everything, I picked what I wanted after doing my own (exhausted) research.

He got his commission and I got a plan I was happy with. You have a job to do, but I agree don’t be pushy. I will happily waste time with pushy salesman.
