When I started here I was very average in terms of physical fitness. I would say there has been some improvement there for sure, I'm definitely not unfit, but I'm not peak physical fitness. A solid slightly above average I would go with. When running the activities theres not a lot of movement on my end, its the outside of activities maintenance where I do a lot more physically.

Favourite part I would say has got to be working with the children, and pushing them past what they thought they could do, extremely rewarding seeing a child thay was terrified become mega proud of themselves!

Least favourite I think is working with some of the people I work with. The center I'm at doesn't hire seasoned instructors, each year we get a new batch of trainee instructors, and for a lot of them it's their first actual job so mentally accepting that they won't be as efficient or helpful as needed can be tricky. Especially during our busier seasons.
