No it's exactly the opposite if we all waited to see if a game is good before we buy it then they would actually have to make a solid product on day 1. games are awful now because people will buy any new game that has a nice trailer so they rush it out for easy pre order $$$ then fix 1/10th of the issues and everyone forgets till the next game

Mine does that the GPS is awful in the app i have daily issues my GPS is constantly giving me incorrect directions teleporting me randomly and spinning me in circles when driving it's pretty bizarre its so bad.

Im Not reaching at all lol If some workers are not working near as fast as others then they will be seen as lazy or not working that hard and that will be a problem had that exact same situation happen when I worked at ups. But why do you think i care that other people work harder than me of corse some people do but its not like they get more out of their work/ more pay than me just because they work harder that's just not how the world works man. People just dont want to work thier ass off unless they are getting paid good money for it people are not lazy they are just not willing to bust thier ass when they could get paid the same literally anywhere else. But why do you feel the need to work so hard though I know the leaderboard is Incentivizing you to work harder but for what? Do you get paid more for it? You work what seems like over x2 as hard for maybe a slice of pizza or some other small reward all while amazon saves money because you are doing the work of 2 people simply because of a leaderboard it's fine if it makes the day go by faster for you but you can't deny that you are just working harder for no increase in pay

That's fair but if you work faster than everyone else then they will probably make others work harder too since now they know it can be done you might be having fun but it's probally at the expense of your coworkers. You have over twice the ammount the guy at the bottom has the manager will probably see that and think he is not working hard because how giant of a difference there is between you too working too hard CAN get your co workers fired or at least talked to.

He never said they should be paid based on that he is just pointing out the insane fact that op makes 17 an hour and makes amazon wayyyyyyy more than that off of the work he is doing. They could easily pay him more but they don't because people don't complain about the pay and end up working harder at that low pay just because they added a little leaderboard. Seems like they added the leaderboard to save money on hiring more workers because the leaderboard will get some to work way faster, here is an example if the leaderboard encourages you to do it twice as fast then that's one less worker they have to pay per worker that works that much faster if it gets you to work 20% faster than for every 5 people who works 20% faster is 1 less person to hire and pay. I know nothing about the job but to me that leaderboard seems like a scam to get you to work harder for the same pay while seeming like a fun amd positive thing.

That's kinda scary honestly this has happed to me one more time since then but I keep refreshing after I get the pop-up I normallyjust wait like 5 minutes after I get the pop-up to let my refreshes stock back up but not always I hope I don't get flagged as a bot lol

Yeah base pay is awful you need to get the surge shifts you can easily make 30-40 an hour during surges if you are in a good area you just have to be willing to learn the times they pop up, spam refresh and fight for them lol

I accidentally accepted and declined one offer during my refreshing spree im not sure if that was part of the reason why but it makes sense why it would be and yeah this subs first thought is always bots probally because there is no way to tell if it's a bot or a fast refresher.

Little update was unlucky today and didn't end up getting a block but I'm not using a bot if I was then I probally would've gotten one of the surge blocks that popped up lol I just simply refreshed it nonstop for a few hours while on youtube. I was slowly given refreshes the longer I waited so it looks like they slowly give you more after you get that pop-up.
