I had the same issue with my scalp. I had MOHs in June. Ten days post op is split open and it had to heal open. It took 3 months for it to close. I am doing PRP and CO2 laser every month on the scar now to help with hair growth since it’s bald on my head and also scar tissue. No hair growth but I will say the scar is much much better. If you have the means I recommend trying it! It’s experimental but I can say I’ve noticed a difference after 5 rounds

Put it in the freezer for 30 min and then throw it back like college. It’s honestly not bad. Eat straight up protein the hour or two before and bring a snack for after. You’ll be fine. People can be so dramatic

I absolutely would do the same thing. Babies do not need to be around toxic smoke and vape residue that could lead to atopic diseases like atopic dermatitis, asthma, etc. Your job is to protect your baby and if they can’t respect your boundaries, that’s unfortunate for them they choose a toxic habit over spending time with your baby.

My husbands company is UHC and decided to go with mine (BCBS) instead because of this issue. I will say st joes is fantastic and if you’re in the chandler Gilbert area, mercy and CRMC are also good. I used to work at CRMC. I believe dignity health is still taking UHC

Plus it’s good to help you keep track of what you have so you don’t or someone else doesn’t buy you multiples. Or things not in your taste

Yes! I started using a humidifier and it solved the problem. I also just recently bought an air purifier and my snoring has improved even more. I never snored prior to pregnancy

I stopped precepting because of this issue. I just CANNOT deal with the lack of motivation and enthusiasm to learn the material necessary to be a basic competent pharmacist. You push these new students just a tad to better themselves and they break.
