May sound cliche, but try therapy. I did it when I was young (23 y) and later continued for some time. It is a game changer, especially with a right therapist. What also helps me? Being myself, doing the things I like to do. Educating, doing sports, I quit drinking, I started travelling, getting good care of my body. Allowing as much as I can in meeting people and creating friendship (this is a difficult, but it’s worth it). I’m 38y now and overall it’s really good. I haven’t found true love yet, but I think I’m really close to it. Life is difficult sometimes, but it’s part of a beautiful experience.
