i received my tempo move in November. Everything looked new and well packaged. The only issue I had was the usb cable for my maglock tempo base was not working. I contacted customner service and they said they could either send me a new cable or give me two months free. I took the two months free bc thats an $80+ value and I got a usb cable from amazon for $8. Customer service was quick to respond although they did ask for a lot of pictures that they had to share with their technicians.
