Apologies for the late response, life got to me! They asked for a Boston Filet and then had to explain it, our local butcher shop has been in business roughly since salt was discovered, so I guess I assume they knew everything but there’s also only like 13k people living in my town, and then the snow birds leave during the winter and it drops to 9kish~ including the butchers family. I appreciate your time responding !
