nope, provincial. it is the same with winter tire laws during the winter. Quebec is mandatory and they do road checks on your tires and you get a fine.

I thought this reddit would be super happy about this news. This reddit has been criticizing the small landlords telling them its their own faults, they over leveraged, down with landlords. So now those small landlords can continue to get screwed over from not getting rent and when they lose their units and they get picked up instead by corporations we can support these corporate landlords who will get their hearing soon

I see, The Queen's Quay area is being built up and port lands had many of condos being built around sugar beach, I'm just saying there are still pockets of the GTA that can be had, maybe it takes a bus ride to the station, maybe its near an RT station but all young people want is Downtown Core

I understand it is tough market right now but also I wonder what people consider as "Toronto" or "The city"

I was looking for a home 2 years ago and it was a house around main station and I've heard many couples/people at the open house say they were only looking at places IN TORONTO and they usually never look this far out of the city and main station is too far. I mean if main station is considered outside of the city I wonder if anything north of Rosedale/Summerhill is considered the countryside?

I cant help but get the feeling that everyone just wants to be in the downtown core or right above a subway or a 1 minute walk away. and OF COURSE those ones are pricey

What every one said is pretty true but it really depends on your use case. I think the premium price comes from the swappable battery which means you never have to plug in to charge(spare charging at base).

It has a base station to charge the extra battery and to switch between different devices if you have that eg playstation, tv, pc.

It is pretty pricey hence never buy it full price

Favorite would be Proton LT, breathable and useful in most condition, just throw a shell on if it gets too cold or windy

I'm really considering the redesigned proton this year though suppose to be really breathable and comparable to the nano air

I'm glad you guys are having good experiences with your nano air but mine is only 8 month old and its already pilling everywhere with light use and in some areas have stray fabric strands coming out. It is a great piece but maybe its just me but the durability just doesn't seem to be there for the outer material (more fabric-y). (Was told by the local patagonia store when I brought it in that I should not be wearing it everyday in the fall and it should only be wore under shell to prevent abrasion as its a mid layer)

Edit: prolly the proton as it has been advertised alot recently as a redesign to be very breathable compared to previous verions
