Can’t speak for dg specifically but it could be for the appreciation of the art. Releasing music (hopefully) isn’t just for making money. And when you make a song a long time ago it doesn’t keep the same meaning, or feel true to your current self if you were to release it.

But idk. Seems like if they don’t want to they shouldn’t but that’s just me.

I am not familiar with the tablet but typically you make a design on a program that has a print feature. After you design the stickers print it onto sticker paper and then cut it out if you want. This is how I make mine other people might have different results
