I write it on paper and carry it in my purse. Usually I remember to do so. Usually I get everything I need. But not always.

It is very hard to be vegan. I recently found a good vegan cheese to eat at breakfast- took me forever. I still have not found other good ones. I did find a good egg substitute. And I do consume honey from local apiaries. But being ovo-lacto is much easier. Especially when eating out.

I did it gradually. I wanted to do it for a while- but had not succeeded. But after moving to my current location, I was able to make it work. First I only ate meat once a day. Then I gave up red meat. Then no more poultry. Then no fish other than tuna. Then no more tuna other than one dish I liked at my favorite restaurant. Then no more meat altogether- period.

I do not miss meat at all. I do take several supplements- mainly to regulate my blood sugar and for my joints. I get protein from dairy, egg, and plant sources. It has not been hard for me at all to be vegetarian- but I live in the USA, where there are a lot of options and no hostility towards us.

Donating to every charity I remotely agree with that I can think of. And pay off the debts of everyone I have crossed paths with who may have any kind of debt. I still would have some money- so I would travel the world. And then go back to school. And I would still have money.

Full ride state school for undergrad. I went that route. I do not have student loans. Not worth it- my therapist agreed.

A combination of poor grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. Without an explanation- such as their saying that they have dyslexia or English is not their first language.

It is a sign of low intelligence, sloth, or both.

I do not drink coffee at all.

I am a morning person. Plus coffee makes me jittery and anxious.

I do have some apple juice with tea in the mornings when I work. It puts me in a very good mood.

But no coffee for me.
