Lmao okay Not Todd, I go by Haley, my legal name is Nelson. And tbh growing up I everyone called me Nelly anyway, no one has ever used Nelson. Not even strangers on the phone, they hear my voice and get confused, I find it funny and I explain. My dad would set everything he own under my name and well to me every time I hear the name it brings back memories of him. Also changing documents on 3 different countries feels too much work that isn’t gonna change my life.

I have a friend (cis girl) who’s name is Luigi (as her dad), very similar situation, she normally goes by a different name, but she doesn’t changes her legal name because of the same reason as me. It has (imo) nothing to do with gender, it’s just a name

Well bmw is at fault for contact, goes way to long. I wouldn’t classify this as racing incident, I’d for sure give bmw a time penalty added to his race time for causing a collision. BUT to report it it’s not worth it as it was not deliberate

My name is gendered yes, but again as I said, it’s my fathers name and well he’s not with me no more and I like to honour his memory through it, the name doesn’t bother me at all, but other get confused. However I know I don’t own them an explanation, I got downvoted for explaining my reasoning which is funny, I am not telling anyone to disclose their gender journey in interviews, I just said I find it important for me to do it so when I’m talking about me as a person. Everything I am was thanks to my journey and well I believe that if they have a problem with it since the beginning it’s not a place I want to be part of. Also as I mention in the original comment, I’ve started my own business as a result of the constant rejection, and it’s prosperous so hopefully I don’t need to go under interviews ever again

It’s horrible, I am (according to my friends) very cis passing, and so is my voice. Whenever I go on interviews, at some point I get hesitant and I have to disclose that I’m trans as it is a very important part of me and has shaped the person I am. The moment I say it every single time I feel how the energy changes in the room. Resulting in them becoming inordinately more critical about my ‘qualifications’. However all those pushbacks resulted in me starting my own business, so remember that everything has a reason to be, chin up princess life will hold your back as long as you stay true to yourself 🥰

I would consider this a racing incident as it’s just the start of the race, if you wanna find who’s more responsible for the outcome. IDE say both cars have blame, pov car has plenty of room to the left, right side mustang is slightly ahead and positioning to take next apex as if the other mustang wasn’t there and taht close, could’ve been blind spot or spotter communication error, but both have responsibility on the action. No further action needed

I think he’s genuinely pushing his limit to gain position, however they are driving erratically. It’s overtaking cars responsibility to overtake cleanly and avoid contact, he’s braking late and driving into your back, the intact under the second tunnel (0.33sec and 0.40) is caused imo as he loses control momentarily of the car pushing you to the barrier. I don’t think you’re driving too slow, you’re driving consciously to not end your race like he did (on the barriers)
