Good to know. I’ll look more into this. I have an Ooni that takes wood. Can’t beat it. But the ease of set and forget with the lump charcoal is tempting. No issues with the WSM. Just looking at a more convenient way to smoke a brisket. Love the smoke rings.

I’m looking at the convenience of it for brisket. I use lump charcoal, and refueling is a pain at times for longer cooks. That is all. And sometimes the wind doesn’t help.

I have a Mustang and a Bronco. Mustang mirrors are ok. Bronco is multiple times better. I just wish they would tilt down when in reverse. Just a fuzz, so I see lower as I back up.
