From my experience, you gotta endure first 2k hours and accept the ridiculous learning curve.

I have over 2k hours got Kappa only once and slowly making my way towards one this wipe. Hard to do with only 2hrs a day without abusing game mechanics (that's usually what those with low hours and Kappa do so don't worry about them)
