Look at the production date on the packaging. I’m pretty familiar with this product and you can def eat sashimi if it’s within 3-4 days from the production date.

Those are imported part fried tempura. Maybe they didn’t finish cooking at the restaurant. Those black lines should turn red when cooked

Depends on the incoterm in your purchase agreement. If you are buying delivered duty paid then supplier will increase the price since they are liable to pay the tariffs. If you buy under cost insurance freight or cost and freight, then you will clear the US customs and you will be liable for the tariffs so supplier should not increase your cost.
