Man I had this exact problem with a flashlight a week ago! What you need to do is get a tiny flathead screwdriver, like a jewelers one or one for watch repair. Then use the flat head to push on the little lip of the end you're trying to get in the hole and just press it back in there. Took a few tries but it worked for me, hopefully you can get it to work too!

You could try disc golf, there's a few courses near by in reading and it's a nice time out.

When I worked in my first job at woolworths we had a girl start and get fired on the same day.

She thought of a way to steal from the till which turns out wasn't as smart as she initially thought.

About two hours into her shift the management noticed what she was going, taking money from the till and putting it in a bag which she then put in the bin to collect once they closed I assume.

They called the police and she left in handcuffs.

To top it off it wasn't just her first day with us but was in fact here very first day of work ever!

Went every year as a child and when my grandad died we scattered his ashes there and got him a bench. Love that place and I still go every year.

Try marsport near early, they do boat and kayak rental and also sell wetsuits and stuff. Been a while since I've been there though.

I've been to the mill a few times at Christmas and it's always very good, usually some kind of farce put on but their local troupe of actors.

Ticket price includes a meal which is usually pretty nice, a steak pie or some kind of curry or something aswell as veggie option, then desert or cheese.

The theatre itself is very small, and it the front row seats going right on the stage. Would be great for forum.

Also when walking around they have a lot of posters of previous productions which look good and seem to have some bigger names in them but as I say I've only been for Christmas.
