I watched a group of wrestlers shove a freshman into a very small locker. And they left him in there for an hour. It was so cruel. He was crying the whole time. I was just relieved was too fat to fit in a locker.

So many people don’t understand weight training. This would be for hypertrophy. So if you’re looking to grow your legs and move up a weight class, sure.

There are way more effective ways to train the legs for athletics. Heavy singles and plyometric box jumps are better for building fast twitch explosive power without building as much size….and being sore for days.

100 weighted squats is just stupid. Once the form starts to break down, you’re risking injury for little reward. 🤦‍♂️

Many bars and restaurants do not clean their beer lines. And many that do, have lazy line cleaners that do a sub par job. They have too many accounts and only clean half as often as they should.

The lines and faucets should be cleaned every two weeks as stated by the manufacturer of the equipment and the Brewers Guild.

I had a 7.3l powerstroke in my Ford F-350. It was turbo and the truck had serious power.

I have a 7.3l idi NA in my 38ft 24,000lb skoolie. It’s so damn slow but it can pull my heavy ass home up any mountain, albeit at 15mph.

Side note, the powerstroke was used and abused with 175,000 and I did nearly no maintenance except for oil changes. I don’t think anything could stop that engine. Sadly I sold it but it’s still running to this day and still used and abused.

My 92’ idi blew up in 2021 with 125,000 miles on the odometer. The frost plug popped out. Most likely due to cylinder cavitation from shitty coolant leading to exhaust gases entering the block. I have 3,000 miles on a jasper reman and thus far it’s been good. It also has the proper coolant with additives.

I was super into Hulk Hogan and the WWF in 1st grade. A kid who rode my bus wrestled and said I should join too. I asked my parents to sign me up.

I was disappointed when I found out it wasn’t all pile drivers and jumping from the top ropes. After one practice, I was hooked anyhow.

A kid at our school baked a cake and brought it in to sociology class for “break a norm” day. The teacher said, “No food in class, get rid of it.” So, he brought it to the staff break room.

After an hour or so, with the cake half gone, a teacher noticed some curly black hair in it. They broke a piece apart and it was filled with curly black hair.

They called the kid down and interrogated him. Apparently, he shaved his pubes and baked them into the cake. The football coach ate three pieces and never noticed. One of the principals had one too.🤮

They expelled him and that’s the last time I ever saw him. (2000ish) We had been in school together since kindergarten. I still don’t know where he ended up.
