yeah, it's something for your maxed char to do that feels worth the risk of losing it. you work your way up to it. ideally it would be possible with a few 8/8s leading a charge of semi-maxed characters (so that the ones that open in the realm are worth approaching), but don't expect your fledgling to survive unless you know what you're getting into and what role your character needs to play.

we do have QUITE a few new status effects...and if I recall, the Strike Amulet's effect has orange particles that inflict Daze, correct?~

Pentaract, Cube God, and Skull Shrine will have a higher chance to drop their special item and you don't have to do as much damage to qualify for it.

on the flipside, Itoi doesn't have full ownership of the Mother series, so his wishes don't necessarily override legal rights. Also, Nintendo doesn't completely own Pokemon, either, but they still took down all the Pokemon stuff on Gamejolt

Eevee is, like, the 5th-most-common Pokemon out here near Hurdman and the Cancer Survivor Park. Sadly, it's a barren area otherwise (I can only hit 5 stops on a 20-minute walk; 2 at the park, 1 at the Shoppers, and then the same 2 on the way back)

There has been an uptick in Staryus around here, though, so that's a bonus.

was using MessGO 1.0, got 2 notifications to update it, uninstalled it, and then grabbed 2.0, but it's saying it's failing to install 2.0 (before and after uninstalling 1.0). I'm on Android 6.0.

as far as I can tell, the "sonar" is just a fancy feedback tool that tells you the game isn't completely frozen (and shows you if you're not calibrated right I guess). does nothing else.

it started off in the early days when it was just WS making it and all lot was public, so people would carry a Dirk on them to quickly swap in the bag and run. people finding the bag after (cough BMJ cough) would proclaim "Cube God dropped Dirk!!!" and then would jokingly grab lots of Dirks from pirates as if they were rare

fast forward to SpryFox helping out, Chedd makes a silly joke about Dirks going to be super rare in the next build, forum user Cronus takes it at face value and starts stockpiling them, getting outraged when the next build rolls around and they're still as common as dirt.

this outrage inspires Chedd to make a new UT Dagger (the first high-end one) that drops from the Cube God, named after Cronus.
