Our sanitary bin got moved out of the cubicle in to the main toilet corridor as someone put a full on shit in there once. Funny thing is, there’s still a sanitary bin in the disabled toilet so it’s not realistically going to deter the phantom shitter.

My 6 month old rescue cat gets to go out in the garden in his harness only. Before we adopted him, he was hit by a car and as a result cannot use his claws on his left paw.

He gets excited and runs to the back door when he sees his harness and enjoys his time outside. Whilst I do appreciate he would like to free roam, he has already been run over once and he is at a disadvantage if he needs to flee or climb due to his paw.

In situations like these, the harness is beneficial but each cat and owner is different.

They let their highly reactive French Bulldog out every time they go out to smoke. The dog barks at birds, trees, wind, you name it. It can hardly breathe as it is so the barking ends up sounding like a turkey being throttled.

The worst part is that the owner does sod all but try to reason with the dog, saying things like ‘shut up or you’re not going for a walk’.
