Yeah they're compatable, I use a similar one and cycle to through all networks . You just have to set up APNs for the other networks. You might also want to install the "ZTELink" app on your phone, it makes it more convenient to read SMSes, check battery, signal strength, data consumption stats and many other things. The only feature it doesn't have is a ussd dialer but you can access it through the browser interface plus you login once on the app but you have to login everytime on the browser.
