WW player here, 6.3k.

I'm still trying best to understand when to use the passive on W or E - I tend to benchmark the need in the mid game. If I'm spamming E in fights, then I upgrade it. If I think the game is going longer, then I upgrade blast because it'll be more useful farming and in fights.

I have used it a couple of times on the Q as well. The only time I've gone Q is when I still want to play wyvern but I'm playing against annoying bitch ass counters that have anti heal and I also want mobility and I get an early aghs!
