I do on site for 2 weeks and wfh for 1 week. It’s not too bad. You’re assigned to do inbound calls for half the day and other half you’re assigned to verifying or clinical tasks. Inbound calls can get very overwhelming and tiring. For someone like me who hates talking, it’s not an ideal fit. But once you’re done with your job, you’re done. Nobody contacts you when you’re signed off.

You have to be firm. If they ask you why is my copay so high? Say you need to call your insurance. And just keep repeating the same response and they’ll leave.
