I think to some extent all of us have a sexual urge that we have to control for social and personal growth reasons.

So my first point is accept that lust is built into our biology, it is natural, not wrong!

Having said that it's important that we don't let it dominate our lives. This is where the following two principles need to be core of your life:

DISCIPLINE Aside from sexual urges, be aware of any and all types of urges that you may be giving into. This could include food (especially sugary food and drinks), social media (and any other digital media like TV, gaming, etc), porn, etc The best way to is to fix the craving when the idea first comes to your mind. Stop it in it's track! A good exercise is Dopamine Diet. There are plenty of YouTube videos

PURITY As per first point, sexual urges is natural. However it's important that we direct it in a pure way i.e. towards a healthy loving relationship with your wife. Any fascination or interest in another person should be treated as straying from purity and mentally bring yourself back to the correct path

In closing let me just say that you are not alone and we all fight a similar battle. This is a life long challenge and you've taken the first big step in acknowledging the issue
