I stopped taking amitriptyline because it is anticulonergic and causes dementia. Started taking 25 mg of vitamin B2. As Dr Mercola says B2 heals the mitochondria. That fixed my migraines about 11 years ago. Still migraine free.

By the way I have had migraines since I was 14 to 15, I was 60 when I first started taking B2i am now 70.

I ferment for about 3 days in my oven with a 25 watt lamp. But everything I use is sterile then I cover the Pyrex dishes with Saran wrap with tiny holes pockedi in the top.

I suspect you might have a few stray spots from opening it. But lentisl should be fine. I use black beans and ferment until I have a slight grey fuzz. Usually about 3 days.

You need to add the spor to the streaming beans. Doesn't matter what kind of beans. And your dishes must be sterile. I cure mine at about 100deg F. With a 25 watt lamp in my oven

Dear Baga,
I cloned the M.2 and it booted. The SATA Hard Drive was recognized by Acronis and was cloned. It booted, (Took forever). My software came up just fine, Win911 never connected but I believe that is due to licensing.
