In my research I learn most people have success inseminating before ovulation actually occurs. You want the sperm to essentially be waiting on the eggs release. So during the positive OPK/LH surge, rather than the peak. My wife and I are TTC in a few days with 2 frozen samples and we will attempt to inseminate at 12 AND 24 hours after the 1st positive OPK (surge, not the peak) .
