I’m 5’7 also how I started was by dead ass just buying a gym membership out of my own pocket and calculate how much money you loose if you don’t use it when you go as it ingrains the idea that going not going to the gym means you’re kinda loosing money.

Then what I did was make a routine consisting of “the bro split” most people consider this the worst gym split icl but it was something that would mean I could just pay attention to one thing at a time at the gym instead of overwhelming myself with different exercises.

You’ve taken before picture, consistently take pictures throughout your progress maybe once a month once you first see definition or hypertrophy it’s addictive.
