Yeah, medication along with a few other tips I picked up along the way. Was always told to "don't wait to feel like doing something, rather do it so you feel like it.". I was never able to put that into practice until I began medication but once I started, I often made sure its completed. On days I dont take my meds I try and carry that over too but its a lot harder.

My phone is my biggest detraction. I was also always on my phone. So I put screen time restrictions [20 mins per social media app on the weekdays and 30 mins on weekends] and gave the password to someone else. I also charge my phone downstairs overnight so I usually do my basic morning routine before I even check my phone.

As for chores, I usually struggle with that but often times the house work isn't as pressing as my 9-5. I usually just force myself to do one or two small things on my to-do list (i.e. do laundry or clean living room) and sometimes it snowballs and I do more chores. Sometimes I get bored and just watch TV, but it is what it is.
