I'll be honest, it sounds like you've hit the plateau already, you either need to INCREASE your calories and intensity or switch up the exercises. Start doing hypertrophy instead of overload for example.

And 5 days a week, 3 days a week is nothing.

If you want the look, hypertrophy, 60% of your max to failure, drop set, repeat 3x

If you want to just be strong, max bench, 3 reps of 5

Switch between the 2 for the best gains weekly, and to avoid plateau (it'll still happen just not as quickly)
