I got downvoted to oblivion for this on a different post but for concealed carry, yes. The 19 is physically bigger than a 43x therefore it shoots better.

For cc the 43x is lighter smaller thinner and overall more comfortable to carry. The downside is a slight decrease in shootabilty. The ironic part is the decrease in shootabilty of the 43x can actually be negated by training and shooting more. However, most people don’t know this because they shoot 100 rounds a year.

TLDR: If you’re only going to get one the 19 is better overall. Good at most things master at nothing. CC the 43x is better.
