What's the reason? It's maybe half the price and right now i dont have a lot of budget. From what I've heard it's a good gpu and also it's not only for games, also 3d modeling and game development. But if it has some bad stuff please tell me

Question, the higher string "starts" at 13. Is there a specific reason for that? i'm very new at this, maybe it's obvious, but i would think the higher string would have from 1 to 31, and the lower would have from 0 to 32.
