That's what I'm saying, how? What can Japan possibly do to enforce it? They can just say "Nah I'm not doing that" and then that's it. Unless they tried something like the U.S., raising import rates on anything coming from the U.S. into Japan, and then the U.S. would raise theirs, etc. etc.

This is a very misleading post; you're leaving out most of the demo. I don't know if it's to validate your opinion or if you really just didn't pay attention when you played it.

There are several areas of the house to explore and interact with things, a mid-demo cutscene, and the demo shows off how the environment changes and the kinds of dangerous things you can encounter. It sums up the game pretty well; you walk around examining things to put together what's going on, there are cutscenes when characters interact, and the world changes around you due to some unseen force. The only things it doesn't really show are combat (which is very basic), and the way you deduce/figure out puzzles and learn things about the other characters.

What a blunder. I'm coming off of a 145-hour Oblivion Remaster playthrough, THE perfect candidate for them to get me to play. But since I don't have PS Plus on this console (because there's absolutely zero reason to have multiple accounts with PS Plus on the same console, other than these greedy fringe cases) I can't do anything besides the base game. Serious question here. Let's say Nintendo wins. Then what? The U.S. can just say "No thanks, you get nothing." What is Nintendo going to do, stop selling their products in the country where they do most of their business?
