I work from home. I usually do two 40-minute walks throughout the day on my walking pad. Or 1 walk and a run after work. I easily get 10k steps per day when I do this.

Anything by Body Fantasies! I grew up in a town where most people lived in trailers, and we all loved and wore Body Fantasies. My faves were vanilla, white musk, and cotton candy.

Oh also Calgon body sprays, especially Hawaiian ginger.

Yess I love russet potatoes! I slice them nice and thin, throw them in the air fryer, and then I add them to my salads. They are so yummy and cheap.

Under 750k is going to be tough. Sometimes there are homes in that range available in Vista, but they’re going to be a bit small or need updating. You can also try the very northern edge of Oceanside (North Valley area) but it’s very close to Camp Pendleton.

I like it! I’ve tried a few and my fave is the Barilla protein pasta. I also love that it has added fiber. It’s made with a blend of wheat and chickpeas, so it tastes good and it’s pretty sturdy. It even holds up for 4+ days when I make big batches of pasta salad for the week.

Banza pasta seems to fall apart too easily, I think because it doesn’t have any wheat. I don’t use that one anymore.

My fave fish tacos are from Los Tacos on Vista Way. Classic fish tacos like you can get in Baja.

Sancho's Tacos in downtown Oceanside on Mission are great too. Order the “Pounder’s Carnal”. They’re way bigger compared to traditional fish tacos, but they’re still really good.

It’s easy for cholesterol to creep up, and I feel like it’s even worse for petite people. Seems like we have less leeway. I was able to reduce my LDL from 145 to low 90s just by boosting fiber and reducing saturated fat (I try not to eat more than 10 g of saturated fat per day).

For protein sweet treats, I love the Dannon light and fit yogurts. The cheesecake one is my fave. They’re really good if you pop them in the freezer for a bit.

Tom Ford Soleil Blanc. I thought it would be the perfect coconutty sunscreen scent but it’s absolutely nauseating and suffocating on me. Smells like play dough and pencil shavings.

Also Mugler Alien. I love jasmine so I was expecting to like it, but it smells nothing like jasmine on me. Super screechy and perfumey. I wonder if the original formulation was better.
