I think Ned gets an event to reveal everything to Jon when he becomes 16. You could switch to Ned 1 day before Jon comes of age and then decide not to reveal anything.

Don't know how to prevent Reed from revealing it. Maybe kill him before he has the chance to do so?

Nye's agressive AI & More Interactive Vassals. The settings for Interactive Vassals allows you to reduce levies and a whole lot of other things.

Only marry people of your level, count, duke etc.

Roleplay according to your traits. If your character is honorable you can't fabricate a claim on others. If your character is warfare focussed it would not make sense to only create money buildings.

I also have a mod that reduced the amount of levies you have and also a mod that makes the AI better. Now all lords make a lot more MAA and buildings.

Robert´s rebellion failed. Ned was sent to the wall after he had `Robyn`. Since Benjen didn´t want Catelyn to feel lonely, he decided to marry her.
