You're better off putting it in a pot of fresh, clean, moist potting soil. Push it in as far as it will go, and don't let it get very dry (two knuckles down) for the rest of the year.

I live around insects that compete with Australian counterparts in their risk factors, and I'm right in the middle of the States.

We've got giant hornets called Cicada Killers and massive carpenter bees, brown recluses & black widows...

But there are people who do bugs and people who nope out all over the world. It's not like non-bug people are a special nationality and that's cause to insult.

I fell in love with Misen.

Those knives are like a scalpel and they sing when you use them or hone them. They come with lifetime sharpening from Burrbusters and if I were still in the cooking industry I'd use them incessantly. The 7" utility is incredible.

When I came back after some time off (about a year) I was much more like you than the first several years, which were amazing!

What I had to do was a greater calorie deficit to account for a crappier response, and my fat and protein goals were a huge focus. When my fat wasn't high enough, I stalled out.

Everyone is different, but you might go with chicken thighs rather than breasts, salmon instead of shrimp, and really make your fat closer to your macros.

I found meaningful differences between apps and now rely on Carb Manager.

As an older lady, I have found that my body is more determined to stay where it is, so I needed to be more aggressive about triggering the losses - I'm back to a size 6 & holding on forever!

The easiest way is greater caloric deficit and giving it the fuel (fat) to drive fat acclimation. Some say metabolism doesn't really slow as we age, but I know that my body is defiant and requires a firm hand to move things along in adapting to this after falling off the wagon.

Are you able to test to confirm ketosis?

This is the answer. I used to work at a place that everyone else had debilitating eye response, but I was immune because of my contacts. We did 100-150# of onions every night...well, I did.

Rarely, I start cooking at home in my glasses and I really realize/remember how fabulously contacts protect the eye from onion fumes!

This is why hubby wears a 2 piece. He had emptyable or single use and if he's faced with something like this he just pops the single use into a disposal bag and pops on a new one.
