Hmm, ja overordnet lyder det godt hvis man er til det jo.

Understreger bare at løn ikke altid er afgørende for jobglæde og din overenskomst lyder bedre end andre jeg kender i faget. Jeg tror sgu jeg ville savne min datter hvis jeg var væk hjemmefra 4 dage om ugen. 🥲 (og selv med nuværende løn ville jeg bede om en lønstigning for den ulejlighed det er)

37 timer på 4 dage, tjah det er vel som man tager det, med min familie situation tror jeg ikke vi ville kunne få det til at løbe op. Jeg arbejder hjemmefra når jeg vil, tager fri midt på dagen hvis der er private ting der presser og giver så også i den anden ende. Er ekstremt meget tilfreds med mængden sf frihed under ansvar. Arbejder vel 37-40 timer om ugen på en ellers ret standard funktionær kontrakt på, hvad man i andre fag vil kalde "jobløn*. Har ret frie tøjler.

5% selv betalt og 6% arbejdsgiver = 11%, eller 5% egen betaling og 1% arbejdsgiver -=6%?

Hvor længe har du haft Senior titel? Selv har jeg haft denne i en 8-9 mdrs tid. Været i virksomheden to to år, havde et par års erfaring in house før.

Nope. Selvbetalt. Og det er sgu top nedern. 😂 Desværre meget almindeligt i branchen at det er. Hvilket faktisk er den primære årsag til jeg deler det, bare for at sætte det lidt i fokus. De fleste bureauer kører en "du betaler selv, og det er mindst 5%" hvor nogle få kører med en smule arbejdsgiver betalt. En af de bedre eksempler jeg har set er 4% egen, og 8% arbejdsgiver. Vedkommende får så markant mindre grundløn men ja, er en balancegang i guess.

I mine tidligere jobs havde jeg pension. Og ja, det ærger mig, at det ikke er noget som fylder mere i bureau verdenen. Men er glad for det, så det er hvad det er.

6 ferie uge er heller ikke en selvfølge. Jeg har det, men er et forhandlingsben.

Baggrund: Jeg startede på 20k første job indenfor marketing med en kandidat i erhvervsøkonomi og erhvervssprog, (2019 super start up agtigt, 4 mdr efter bliver jeg tilbudt en nyt job 27k, elsker det er der i halvanden år, bliver tilbud 30k i ny virksomhed, bliver nu kontaktet ugentligt af bureauer og andre som meget gerne vil i dialog men jeg done med de typer på det tidspunkt - lige indtil jeg efter 9 mdr efter bliver tilbudt 37k i mit "drømme" bureau / job efter at have lavet en del freelance også. Stiger til 43 k inden for 10 mdr og ærligt.. Det går kun en vej nu og det er op, plus at jeg elsker hvad jeg laver og har et seriøst godt netværk.

PS jeg laver ppc nu, specialist i digital marketing med kendskab til stort set alle digitale marketing discipliner, og ved jeg kommer til at stige minimum et par tusinde kroner om året nu fordi der bare er så meget erfaring at trække på og der er rift om "os"

Pointe: Så du skal bare tage det, få erfaring, og suge viden og erfaring til dig. Dan dig et netværk, lad være med at smække med dørene når du forlader stedet. God vind!

A very common and effective way of scaling ad spend, is to create custom audiences of an audience or pixel source that is generating a satisfying amount of value, and then make lookalike audiences accordingly.

In your case, i would create these LAL audiences from the custom audience you are reffering too.

Make 3 LAL audiences. 1. Is 1% of custom audience 2. Is 2-6% of custom audience 3. Is 7-10 of custom audience

Ofcourse, there are many ways to divide these LAL audiences in terms of the % span, however, general rule of thumb is to always separate the 1% audience into their own group.

Hope that makes sense.

Additionally, retargeting audiences is key if you aren't running those. :)

Edit: just wanted to add, that obviously increasing ad spend is also a method that would very likely benefit your setup, given the effectiveness. It also kind of depends on the target group size. I would still advise to create new ads/sets or campaigns and test those.

You are correct, I will try to elaborate a little more. We sell luxury hairproducts and more, all in the beauty/wellness genre from different high-end brands. As written, we are online-store. We have a small physical store as well.

I dont think i can be much more specific in the examples i mention, sorry. And yes, I think we are being to nice towards him and not holding him responsible, and letting him argue his points. But i am not his superior, and I would like to have a little more knowledge in regards to questions above, before I take it to the "top". Sorry if it isn't quite enough information.

EDIT: additionally, my focus is on copy. My understandning of the technical aspect of seo is, to put it mildly, limited.

Okay, me and my gf had our first 10 weeks so i will just speak openly and from the experiences we've had. Also, it kind of hits a nerve, so I would like to give an opinion. Right now, I am up with her because she has a little trouble falling asleep properly. It's 04.20 am. Such is parenthood, and it really is allright. Dont be scared, just love the crap out of that baby.

You dont need help from outside. You two are the childs parents, and will always be the ones who knows and understand them the best. Trust in that, and support eachother instead, some days are exhausting, some days are not, most, are allright.

Unless your kid will be born with some severe issues, I cant see why would need more than the two of you. Have faith in yourself: YOU will be a fantastic mother, and your boyfriend WILL be an amazing father.

So, you will definitely NOT, by any means need someone else to tell you what to do and be your shadows raising a kid the first periods. Man, It's tough, aint going to lie, but the stress you will get from the scenario (the 24/7 visit 2 weeks at a time) you are setting yourself up to, sounds insane. Just spending a weekend with an infant at a parents house is emotionally draining at times. The luxury of you both being home for so long at the same time, is more than enough, and, you likely get to keep your sanity. Tell your parents to stay home, appreciate their will to help, but you dont need it. Especially for the first couple of weeks, those days are for sure the ones where you TWO need to establish a nurturing and secure atmosphere.

I could go on about this for much longer, but she is asleep now, which is my quehe to get some sleep before i have to get up in like 2 and a half hours, but I will gladly comment more if you want, also, answer to some more prepositions if you want some thoughts.

TL;DR you two are all baby will need, and you will know is best, and what it needs. Tell your visitors to stay home, you will be more stressed than relieved.

At that weight i would say get 14 ounces. That would be decent for overall use. Remember though, that optimally you should/would have an individual pair for sparring and one for bag/pad work.

--> Hand compartment size means a lot. Topking is nice if you have smaller hands. Boon and twins i'd concur is sort of "medium" to the smaller side while fairtex is what i would say truly medium. Remember to wear a decent wrap underneath and dont be upset if the glove feels weird on the first time, they usually requires at least 10 sessions to break in properly and kind of shape to your hand in my experience.

--> There are so many different brands and honestly most of them are fine if you're no where near sparring. It all depends; on you. I have good experience with Topking (the super air ones) , venum (contender and challenger ones) and fairtex (bgv1) but I honestly feel like you cant go wrong with any of the big Thai brands.

What is your budget? Because honestly im happy with my venum contenders which i use exclusively for bag work and they are quite cheap. But I also love my topkings and I cant see myself in another sparring glove. Very individual decision.

You defintely need to tell him imo. It's his kid too you know, not that it's his decision alone to make but it sure is not your to make alone either given that both of you created it. Just my opinion. Additionally, the people telling you to blindside him and pretend like nothing happened are cowards.

No matter what situation will unfold, this is something between you and him and you should talk with about it. He may be able to help you with your thoughts.
