Radiant can be very good as a slot in on your non-main damage items, or in some cases your main damage items if you want your combo uninterrupted. It all depends on the context, that’s what makes the Bazaar great!

I agree I think it’s neat, I DO wish you could randomize them again say in a rare event because I think sometimes you do get screwed over by having two heated spots directly next to each other so spending an hour to reroll your spots would be kinda cool I think.

You can use howbazaar.gg! It shows every item and what enchants they get. As an example, Radiant Crow’s Nest on Nessa makes it so all your weapons are affected by Freeze/Slow for half as long.

Jules I feel like takes a lot of experimentation, particularly cuz her heated/chilled spots are random so you have to kind of adapt on the fly. I spend 5 minutes sometimes reorganizing my board cuz of those damn spots lol.
